Melissa Martos

      My name is Melissa Galdino Martos, I’m from Brazil and I’m currently doing the fourth year of Food Engineering. There I could do two lab works in microbiology and other two similar projects in statistics about service quality. Now I’m doing an exchange program in Dublin, Ireland studying the last year of Food Innovation at Dublin Institute of Technology. On this year I have to present a thesis in another project and do the Bioprocessing and the Quality and Hygiene Systems lectures. With these experiences, it will be possible for me to improve my English, increase my presentation skills and upgrade my knowledge in food processing. Heloisa Barbosa

I’m Heloisa Dias Barbosa, I’m 22 years old. In my life until now, I didnt’t expect to have this experience of living and studying abroad. I’m student of a Science without Borders program and because of this, now I’m studying at DIT – in the last year of Food Innovation. I started my graduate in Brazil, in a city called Maringa – Paraná. In my university – UEM, I’m in the last year of Food Engineering. During my graduate, I have chance to do projects about biodegradable package and participate in the Junior Enterprise. This semester, I’m doing a project with plasma treatments and I also have lectures of Quality and Hygiene and Bioprocessing. How it is a part of Bioprocessing’s lectures, I have been writing down the steps of our lectures and progress in our nutraceutical product development in my blog.

Rafaela Gomes

Hi, my name is Rafaela Silva, I am 23 years old and I am a Food Engineering student from Brazil (State University of Ponta Grossa). Now I am studying Food Innovation abroad in Dublin (Dublin Institute of Technology). I have experience with starch modification and functional foods research during my graduation, as well participation in other extra activities as Junior Enterprise and Student´s represent.

Joshua Martin

Hi, my name is Joshua. I am in-charge of Nutriplus' Research and Development activities, both internal and as customer support, currently in charge of developing the next revolutionary Nutriplus product. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor Degree in Food Innovation from Dublin Institute of Technology and would like to pursue a Master of Science Degree in Food Science, Technology and Nutrition after graduating. 

A scientist by heart, but also a fu-loving, jolly, go-with-the-flow guy.
